Returns Policy

At Doer Sunglasses, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you wish to return your order, we offer a hassle-free return policy. Please read the following guidelines carefully:

Returns

If you are not happy with your purchase, you can initiate a return within twenty one (14) days of receiving your order. To be eligible for an exchange or refund the item(s) must be unused and in their original condition and packaging.

Refunds/Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or colour, please contact our customer service team at operations@doer-sunglasses.com. We'll process the exchange as soon as possible once we receive your returned item(s).

We offer a 14 days exchange, or refund guarantee. This 14 day window begins after your order has been delivered.

Please note, we are not responsible for paying any customs charges (import duty or tax) on any returns. You will be responsible for all costs and charges associated with returning your order. We recommend you return your order via a tracked shipping method or request a proof of postage receipt, as we cannot refund/exchange lost returns.

To qualify for refund or exchange:

  • Items must be unworn (apart from trying on).
  • All tags and packaging must be included.
  • Please note if any packaging is missing, we will be unable to re-stock the item and therefore we will not be able to process your refund.

Items that do not meet these requirements are not eligible.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of customers unless there was an error on our side.

How To Initiate A Return Or Exchange:

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at operations@doer-sunglasses.com indicating whether you wish to make a return or exchange.
  2. Include in the email: Your name and order number.
  3. Reasons why you want to return it.
  4. Our customer service team will respond within 24-48 hours with instructions on how to proceed with the return/exchange process.

Please note: Returns without prior authorization from Doer Sunglasses may not be accepted or credited. 

Can I track my order?
Of course! Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email followed shortly by a notification email to inform you that your order has been dispatched. You'll see a 'Track Order' button on this email, this will direct you to the couriers tracking page.
